The Atelier is $199.90 a year. Twenty percent comes off every order — no minimum, nothing excluded — and every new formula is yours for fourteen days before it opens to anyone else. Some never open at all. The year is priced at ten months; two you do not pay for. Annual works out to $16.66 a month.
The year returns itself at $999.50 of orders. Everything after that is twenty percent.
On the monthly cycle it returns itself at $1,199.40. If you buy once or twice a year, stay on The Register — it costs nothing and asks for nothing. We would rather say where the line sits than hope you never work it out.

The Atelier
The room where each formula is made, and where each one leaves first. Two hundred a year against twenty percent of everything you buy — it returns itself at a thousand dollars of orders, which is a full routine replaced and then some. If that is not your year, stay on The Register. It costs nothing, and we would rather you kept the money.
- The member price: twenty percent off the entire line, always. No codes, no minimum, nothing excluded — sets included. It is derived from your account when your order is priced, so it is a price, not a coupon.
- The Atelier window: fourteen days with every new formula before it opens to anyone else. A line that is not yet open to you cannot be priced, so it cannot be bought.
- Formulas that open to The Atelier and never open publicly at all. A drop with no public date is a drop that stays in the room.
- The Consultation: a written recommendation from the house, within two business days, Monday to Friday. Honoured by the house — the two-day cap is printed because it is the cap we will still keep at fifty members.
- Leave whenever you like. The price and the window stay yours to the end of the period you have paid for.

What does it cost, and when does it pay for itself?
$199.90 a year, or $19.99 a month. At twenty percent, the year returns itself at $999.50 of orders. On the monthly cycle it returns itself at $1,199.40. That is a real routine, bought through the year — not one order. If it is not your year, stay on The Register. It costs nothing, and we would rather you kept the money.
Why is the year cheaper than twelve months?
The year is priced at ten months. The two you do not pay for are the reason to take it.
Does it renew on its own?
Yes. It renews each period on the card you joined with, until you cancel. Nothing to remember and nothing to re-enter.
How do I move from monthly to the year, or the other way?
Cancel the arrangement you are on from your account. It runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and once it ends you can join again on the other cycle. We do not switch the cycle underneath you mid-period — we would rather you never be charged twice for the same month.
How do I leave?
One action, from your account. The member price and the window stay yours to the end of the period you have paid for. If you ask us to end it immediately instead, it ends immediately and the period already paid is not returned.
Which cards can you take?
A US-issued Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We cannot take American Express for the arrangement, and we cannot take a card issued outside the United States. Both are refused before your card is ever charged.
What if a payment does not go through?
We try again over the following two weeks. Your price and your window stay open the whole time — a card that has expired is not a reason to take back what you have paid for. If it still has not gone through by the end, the arrangement closes and nothing further is charged.
Does the twenty percent apply to the sets?
Yes. Everything in the line, sets included. There is no asterisk on it.
What is the window, exactly?
Fourteen days with a new formula before the line hears of it. Some formulas open to The Atelier and never open publicly at all; those carry no public date on the calendar.
Does membership change shipping?
No. Shipping is complimentary on every US order, for everyone, and it always has been. We will not sell you something you already have.
Is there a tier above The Atelier?
No, and there will not be one. There is one member price and one window, and they do not scale with what you pay us.
What is The Consultation?
Write to the house from your account and a person — not a form letter — answers within two business days, Monday to Friday, with what we would use and in what order.
